Beyond endemic media vendors, most non-pharma media vendors can't activate campaigns using only an NPI list. We bridge that gap by translating NPIs into targetable audiences.
Using a client-supplied NPI list as the foundation, targetable identifiers (deterministic IDs) matching the NPI list are sourced, enriched, and validated across multiple data providers. All HCP data is fully licensed and limited to individuals who have explicitly opted into targeting while opt-outs are removed when datasets are updated. On request, audiences can be expanded at the household and device level.
Effective NPI targeting in pharma typically combines a clearly defined treating universe with prescribing data, patient opportunity, access considerations, and network dynamics, brought together through structured scoring and ongoing optimization. While we don’t build target lists, we help activate client-supplied target lists instead by linking NPIs to targetable identifiers. Those without a target list can still benefit from broader prescriber lists (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants).
AmpAudiences segments are platform-agnostic and can be activated across major advertising channels that allow custom audiences aka. Endemic websites, however, typically function as walled gardens, limiting the ability to activate these audience segments within their environments.
